At Super Anime Store, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite series; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
